Prince Harry’s memoir is set for release next year, and the Royal family is allegedly worried about one specific secret they think his book may reveal. Let’s get into it! Ever since news broke that Prince Harry would be writing a memoir,
Royal rumors have been stirring that his family was super unhappy with his decision to share his story and now, a new report from The Sun has gotten a little more specific when it comes to just what details the Royal family is worried about having exposed.
The new report claims that royal insiders are worried that Harry’s publisher is going to put quotes “extreme pressure” on him and get him to share which member of the royal family made racist comments about Meghan Markle and Harry’s son Archie- which to be honest,
I think we’d all want to know. It all goes back to Harry and Meghan’s tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey, where it was revealed that someone in the royal family expressed concerns about what the color of Archie’s skin would be before he was born.
At the time, Harry made it crystal clear that he had no intention of ever revealing the identity of the family member in question, but he did confirm that it wasn’t Queen Elizabeth or Prince Phillip.
But now, with the new memoir and pressure from publishers, the Royal family is worried that Harry might’ve changed his mind. And according to a royal expert, Penny Junor (JUNE-er), the Royal family might be right to be worried.
She told Cosmopolitan, quote, “The publishers are going to want a lot for their money, such as naming this so-called racist”. Harry reportedly received a $20 million dollar advance on his book deal.
But the grand reveal of the Royal-racist isn’t the only thing they’re nervous about getting printed in Harry’s book…Harry reportedly conducted interviews with Princess Diana’s friends for his memoir, which could spell trouble for Prince Charles and his wife Camilla.
Junor (JUNE-er) also told Cosmopolitan, quote, “He’s researching his mother’s life so he’s going to be talking about his parent’s marriage, the breakup, the affairs. That could be incredibly damaging for his father and Camilla.” She added, “Charles is going to be king and Camilla his queen.
The last thing they or the country needs is another upsurge of anger, based on what I believe to be false accusations.” At this time, it’s important to note that this is all speculation, and it’s still unclear which Royal secrets will be revealed until we get our hands on Harry’s memoir, which isn’t set for release until late 2022.
